will provide you accurate evaluations on your returned die plates.
Each Die will be custom
designed to minimize wear and maximize life and performance
per application.
Re-grind and Touch-ups are available to improve
pellet cut and blade life.
Our standard hard face materials include various solid
and tiled Carbide grades.
We offer a thicker hard surface for longer face life than
standard dies. This allows for more blade wear
increasing the overall run time of the blades.
Quality assurance: Each Die is inspected thoroughly
prior to shipment to insure that the Die is ready to be
put into operation when it arrives. |
